Mint green is a very IN color. I made these cupcakes and thought I would share, bakerella style!
What you need:
White Cake Mix
Optional: Cupcake liners
Mix the cake batter and then divide it in 2.
Dye 1 part of the batter with 2 drops of green and 2 drops of blue and mix.
Pour White cake mix in cake pan/cupcake pan about half way, and then fill the green up to about 3/4 of the way.
Bake Cake mix, while baking separate frosting in half and dye one part with 2 drops green and 2 drops blue and mix.
Get a plastic pastry bag and fill one side (vertically) with the white frosting, and 1 side with the green frosting. seal and refrigerate.
After cupcakes have cooled, remove icing from refrigerator and cut off tip.
I made a zigzag pattern as I cut it so it had a star-like effect.
Pipe the icing in any way you like on top of the cupcakes.
